Mid-Year Benefit Changes
Outside of the annual open enrollment period you may only make changes to your benefits if you experience a qualifying life event that changes your family status.
Qualifying life events include, but are not limited to:
Event | Details |
---|---|
Marital Status | Marriage, death of a spouse, divorce, annulment, or legal separation |
Domestic Partnership Status | Establishment or termination of the partnership |
Number of Your Eligible Children | Birth, adoption, placement for adoption, or death |
Eligibility Status of Your Dependents | Loss of employment, a move outside of the network or dependent aging out |
If you have a qualifying life event, you must visit the benefits administration platform powered by Benefitsolver within 30 days to make changes to your benefit elections related to the event. Click the Enroll button on the top right of this page to enroll today.

If you have a qualifying life event you have 30 days to complete your online enrollment for benefit additions or changes consistent with the life event. If you miss your 30-day window your next opportunity to make changes is the annual open enrollment unless you experience another life event.
Please note, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation for your life event (such as a marriage license or birth certificate).
