If you need care for an illness or support for a mental health issue, LiveHealth Online is ready to help. After registering, you can get care on the web at livehealthonline.com or by using the mobile app on your phone, tablet or computer.

  • See a board-certified doctor in a few minutes with no appointment. Doctors are available 24/7 for care and to send a prescription to your local pharmacy, if needed.* Use LiveHealth Online if you have pinkeye, a cold, the flu, a fever, allergies, a sinus infection or another common health condition.
  • Make an appointment with a licensed therapist in four days or less.** You can speak with a therapist from home, at work or on the go (evenings and weekend appointments available). To make an appointment call (888) 548-3432 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or log into the portal. You can get help for anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks and more.

Kaiser Medical Plan Participants

My Doctor Online with Kaiser

If you have a minor health condition, you have access to Kaiser’s virtual care services “My Doctor Online” by calling (866) 454-8855. A Board-certified Doctor will call you within an hour and services are available 24/7!

Consultations includes conditions such as cough, flu, eye concerns, allergies, asthma, mental health, muscle or joint pain, skin, sexual health, pregnancy, and women’s health.

Make sure to register at kp.org to get access to the latest health care options. You can also visit mydoctor.kaiserpermanente.org/ncal/get-care/ to make an appointment and/or to speak to an advice nurse.

Choose where, when, and how you get care with Kaiser Permanente

  • 24/7 care advice. Get medical advice and guidance from a Kaiser Permanente provider when you need it.
  • Email. Message your doctor’s office with nonurgent questions anytime. Sign on to kp.org or use our mobile app.
  • Phone appointment. Save yourself a trip to the doctor’s office for minor conditions or follow-up care.
  • Video visit. Meet face-to-face online with a doctor on your computer, smartphone or tablet for minor conditions or follow-up care.
  • Pediatric Virtual Care Now Available. Call (800) 954-8000 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or Saturday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. An advice nurse will help determine if a video or telephone appointment is right for your child’s condition.
