Eligibility

New hire benefits start on day one. You now have access to a wide range of competitive benefits covering your physical, emotional and financial health. Explore this site to learn about all the plans and programs 8×8 has to offer.

Dependent Eligibility

You can enroll your eligible family members in our benefits programs with you.

Eligible dependents include:

  • Your spouse or domestic partner
  • Your children up to age 26 (biological children, legally adopted children, stepchildren and any children you are the legal guardian)
  • Dependent children of any age who are mentally or physically disabled

Note: If you elect coverage for your domestic partner, the cost of coverage for your domestic partner is required to be taken on a post-tax basis.

Enrolling in Benefits

Click here to enroll today, or you will get an email with an enrollment link from Plansource.

You have 30 days from your hire date to enroll. If you miss your initial 30-day window, you will not be able to enroll until the next annual open enrollment period (unless you experience a qualifying life event).

401(k) Automatic Deferral

If you don’t enroll and elect your deferral amounts within 30 days of hire you will automatically be enrolled at 5% pre-tax deferral.

Making Changes to Your Coverage

After your new hire enrollment, you may only make changes to your benefits during our annual open enrollment, unless you have a qualifying life event that changes your family status. Click here to learn more.

You must make your benefit elections through PlanSource within 30 days of your date of hire to have coverage for the 2024 plan year. Your next chance to enroll in benefits will be during the annual open enrollment.
