Work-Life Balance
As a part of our work-life balance priority, we offer our employees two flexible time off programs, paid holidays, and other types of time off.
Paid Time Off (PTO) for Non-Exempt Employees
Full-time non-exempt employees are eligible to accrue PTO after successfully completed one full payroll period of employment. Employees are encouraged to use all earned PTO each year. Accrued but unused PTO carries over from year to year, but the maximum amount of accrued PTO an employee may have at any time is 300 hours. If the employee’s earned but unused PTO reaches the maximum, the employee will not accrue any additional PTO until the balance falls below the maximum.

Flexible Time Off (FTO) for Exempt Employees
Our FTO program gives exempt employees the flexibility to take time off when needed, without worrying about accruing hours. FTO is not intended to be used in place of a leave of absence or to extend a leave of absence. You may use only five business days at the beginning of a Short-Term Disability to offset the waiting period. Refer to our leave of absence page for more information.

Team8s Time Out Days
Team8s Time Out Days are 2 company-paid days off per year for all global employees that will not count against the employees’ accrued holiday or PTO time. The Team8s Time Out Days schedule is set annually and posted on In The Know.
