HealthComp, our benefits administrator, will process your claims, answer your questions and perform other functions related to your health benefits.

Health benefits are often complex and can be difficult to understand. HealthComp offers concierge-level customer service to make your experience as painless as possible. They will be your one-stop shop for any questions or concerns you have with your health plan.

HealthComp can assist you with:

  • Questions regarding benefits and coverage
  • Review medical claims
  • Discuss explanations of benefits (EOBs)
  • Your plan status (deductible and out-of-pocket)
  • ID cards
  • Finding in-network providers
  • Submitting out-of-network claims
  • Coordination of benefits and other insurance forms
