We understand that access to mental health care can be difficult to obtain. Through our partnership with SupportLinc, we are pleased to provide you and your household members with up to 6 face-to-face or virtual counseling sessions for a variety of concerns like anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and more at no cost to you. Other benefits available to you through SupportLinc include:

  • Mental Health Navigator: Complete a short survey to get a personalized overall well-being report and recommended care options
  • Animo: Web and mobile tools to help you address stress, depression, anxiety and general emotional fitness in a safe and secure self-guided environment
  • Text Coach: Text with a licensed clinician from your mobile or desktop device

8×8 is partnering with Beneplace to offer you a member discount program! The Discount Marketplace saves you money on subscriptions and goods related to your well-being! Discounts available are subject to change, but can include items like healthy food delivery, fitness programs and tools, virtual mental health services and more. If you are enrolled in one of our Nationwide Medical Plans, you have access to get the support you need using LiveHealth Online. Whether you have a cold, you’re feeling anxious or need help managing your medication, doctors and mental health professionals are right there, ready to help you feel your best. Using LiveHealth Online you can have a video visit with a board-certified doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist from your smartphone, tablet or computer from home or anywhere.

On LiveHealth Online, you can see a board-certified doctor 24/7, visit a licensed therapist or consult a board-certified psychiatrist. Options include the following:

  • Allergy: Visit with a doctor to get a treatment plan or prescriptions when experiencing an itchy throat, puffy eyes, nasal congestion, runny nose or sneezing.

  • Urgent Care: Make an appointment with a licensed doctor in a matter of days via secure video chat or phone. Commonly covered conditions include allergies, cold and flu, diarrhea, fever, pink eye, sore throat and more.

Find an In-Network Behavioral Health Provider
As a reminder, while HealthComp is the third-party administrator who manages claims, our plans utilize the Anthem network. To find a provider in the Anthem network, follow the steps below:

  • Visit anthem.com/find-care/
  • Scroll down to the Use Member ID for Basic Search field
  • Enter the 8×8 plan prefix “E8X” and hit Search
  • Enter your zip code and select a doctor (name or specialty), hospital or procedure to proceed
