Below is the summary of benefits included with our 8×8 PPO plans, both of which leverage the Anthem Blue Cross network. These plans include a Medical Plan Administrator, HealthComp, to assist you when using medical benefits.
Pharmacy coverage under these PPO plan options is provided by Liviniti, who is our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).
Telemedicine coverage is available through LiveHealth. LiveHealth Online is free for those covered under the 8×8 PPO Plan and free after you meet your deductible under the 8×8 PPO with HSA Plan.
